Lina Baharova, Managing Director, brings more than a decade of experience providing tax advice and services to individuals and businesses alike.

Lina spent the first 20 years of her career working in the field of Industrial Process Automation as an implementation engineer before discovering her passion for Tax advising and preparation. She is a tax expert with 14 years of experience and has been an EA (Enrolled Agent) with the IRS since 2008. Lina has worked for a nationally and internationally renowned Tax Services Company for over a decade preparing personal, business, non-profit, trust and estate tax returns and helping clients with IRS and State audits. She has been teaching classes at the Tax Training School. Lina is passionate about her profession, enjoys developing personal relationships with her clients, while working to achieve their personal and business goals and aspirations through proper tax advise and planning. 

Lina is very passionate about helping her clients lower or eliminate their federal and state tax debt by filing an Offer in Compromise for them with the IRS and the State and negotiating it. In 2016-2017 she managed to negotiate a federal debt reduction for one of her clients from $178,000 to $14,000!!!
